Walkers Salt and Vinegar crisps are my kryptonite. My inability to control the amount of packet of crisps that I consume is the downfall of my diet. “You can’t just have one”, is the excuse that I give people and scientifically it’s true, you can’t just eat one. Foods that contain a large amount of calories don’t necessarily satiate you. Meats and Veg contain the most nutrients and vitamins in order to satiate the body. For the fact that by beloved crisps are full of sodium, the body craves all the other nutrients associated with sodium which are not present in simple foods such as crisps which result in the body wanting more and more packets of crisps as they desperately try to find the nutrients associated to completely nourish the body. Cut out your cravings by nourishing your body with nutrient packed foods rather than simple treats.
