Walking in Abundant Life Part - 7 Mark 4:26-28 And he said, So is the kingdom of God, as if a man should cast seed into the ground; And should sleep, and rise night and day, and the seed should spring and grow up, he knoweth not how. For the earth bringeth forth fruit of herself; first the blade, then the ear, after that the full corn in the ear. So there is going to be progression, now in the midst of the progression many people get frustrated since their focus is only on the harvest. While waiting they are remaining idle. I will give you an example of how this works; we have to always look in the Bible. Lets take an example of Joseph, he got a dream God gave him a seed and it got planted in His heart. We know it got planted into his heart because he would speak about it to his father and brothers. Now when that seed was planted there, the sprouting took place but there was no evidence. The brothers took him and sold him as a slave now there as still no evidence. Josephs attitude was still fixed on his dream and not his circumstances. When Joseph had no evidence of the dream he did not sit and grumble but gave his best in the Egyptian masters house. The Lord was with Joseph and everything he did was blessed. When Joseph became the manger in the Egyptian masters house that wasnt the harvest just the blade. God was showing His hand on Joseph. When joseph got the dream God did not give him a blueprint of what the steps are going to be like along the way. However we want to know how its going to happen before we stick the seed. When we plant the seed we mustnt remain idle but go and serve somebody. Now Joseph was falsely accused for something he did right but got punishment. So now Joseph was a slave and a prisoner as well. While he was there the jailer took a liking on him he had a good attitude without grumbling. The people who reach the finish line are those with a good attitude, in the midst of the worst situation of life they have learned to have the right attitude. Every time you have the wrong attitude, my friend what is growing underneath you dont even know the harvest is so big. That with that wrong attitude you are destroying your own harvest.
