Walking into my building I said, Im going to bless someone in here today. There are people who sit in our building throughout the day that dont have great choices of where to stay warm or simply to sit and take a load off. As I am hurrying past Sbarros because their bacon is the best and I had some yesterday, therefore not needing any today, Im heading toward a man and a woman that is veering into Sbarros window looking at the food. I speak and say, Good Morning as I pass by. The lady responds, good morning......excuse me Maam, can you please buy me some bacon and some grits? while pointing in the window. I replied, Sure I can, give me a minute to put my things down and Ill come back down. She excitedly said, Ok, thank you. With time to spare before my start time, I went back down and invited them both to come and order what they wanted. The Gentleman shook his head like, no thats ok, while trying to gather his words. I thought he was being prideful but I was incorrect in my assumptions. The lady, his sister, she stated she was explained that he cant talk. I said, ok, I understand. So will you order for him? She stated yes. I explained to her that the platter would give her grits, bacon and another side and toast. She smiled and said Ok. I asked did you all want coffee? She frowned, No, I dont like coffee and with hesitation stated, I like juice. Juice it is, I replied. I paid for their meal, slid her a loose $10 for her pockets and said good-bye as she was telling the lady what she wanted in their platters and headed back to the office. Something that is a regular occurrence to you, is a grand gesture for others. If you can fbf, try to randomly bless someone. Listen to your instinct. ITS GOD SPEAKING to you!
