Walking on my way back from the grocery store , I stopped to admire a beautiful yellow Oak that was in its fall splendor. Standing there I remarked to a female passerby how beautiful the Oak is and she said that there is a red Maple in the alley two blocks south that is gorgeous and that I should walk down to see it. I told her that is the same Maple that I have my morning coffee with from my back porch. Some coincidence and a good laugh. My big red tree is a wonder to all that gaze upon it!
