Walking past Downtown with a friend, the day light suddenly turned dark. With no sense of direction, we got lost into some creepy dark alley. A thriving place for thieves. Anxiety went up a notch for it was a no-go zone unless you were ready to get mugged. As fate would have it, we looked back and saw one of them walking towards us at a rapid pace. Nerves shredded and my stomach shook like leaf as if my heart had fallen inside. We ran as fast as our feet could carry us. Just as he was catching up to us, my phone rang. Nervous as I was I reached for it in my pocket, looked at the screen and saw His name.... GOD. Though curiosity was getting the best of me, I did not answer. But something happened to me. The fear in me vanished, totally forgot about the thief chasing after us. All of a sudden it was day light again. As if the morning light had just broke into the dark night. The robber was no where to be seen. I looked up ahead, across the street, saw a beautiful tall white building surrounded by a beautiful marble set of stairs....all very inviting to sit on. As we crossed the street to go sit on them, I woke up. :-) 7 years later I have experienced it all. The bad(darkness), which began as a surprise, went on to anguish and anger and finally to learning to live with it. The great(light), with happiness that surpasses my understanding. I now live in the spirit than in the human form. In short His love for me has found an echo in my feelings. Below is my dream and my life told by a stranger. Jesus loves me.
