Walmart walmart walmart... What a mess you are! I have never actually called them on their private brand guarantee but today I did. I purchased a 40lb bag of OlRoy Meaty Chunks & Gravy dog food to combine with the regular food I feed my dogs for the gravy aspect and all 4 of my dogs refused to eat the food for the past 4 days! Even though it was 75% their good food and 25% the walmart crap!! My dogs got taste 😉 So I called the number on the bag and had a hassle-free phone call redeeming the guarantee... that was until the money back part came! I was told they would be sending me a walmart gift card. When I explained that the guarantee stated money back I was informed that a gift card is just like money. I explained that money can be used ANYWHERE and the gift card can only be redeemed at walmart. She said that she would note my comments and I would be receiving my gift card in the mail.... Gotta love walmart! Always looking out for themselves! So long story short... BUYER BEWARE! If youre going to try the walmart private brand thinking you can get your money back if the item sucks (which it inevitably will) DONT DO IT!! #walmartsucks @walmart Im so over walmart!
