Walt left for Austin....to consult about some patients (4-6 of them). .We prayed for a part-time job and God answered! Walts love for medicine and diagnosing is joy to him! He does this for a group that hired him and it was a group that needs flexibility in the doctors they use. They have sent him to Houston many times at their expense...to San Antonio...to Round Rock...to Ft. Worth...and now to Austin. This was a little group that I thought little about...but GOD thought LOTS about for Walt (thus me too). They work w/him on timing and scheduling so to make sure it does not conflict w/Bible Study...w/birthdays or doctors apt. and they make sure he is picked up at the airport! He has done an honorable job for them. Why tell you? Just to let you know I am praying for a couple to 5 guys on where GOD wants to USE them...they are nice friends of ours. I thought when praying and this job came up...it was kinda a mundane job...but GOD gives grace to the dull minded like me and showed me...this is THE place for Walt to be and kept him pursuing it! And now its been so neat to watch how it all unfolds! The moral of my story on FB is never dismiss the mundane....when we pray....God answers. And let me just say HE does amazing work in taking the mundane and do something magnificent! And for 2 old folks like Walt and me...this IS magnificent! God uses a man w/Parkinsons because his brain is still bright and very sharp....he just moves differently. GOD is good...all the time...PRAYING for my guy friends that HE will do the same for you too...HE will! (Matt. 19:26!)
