Walter E Craven.... You people are too funny. The crash is already here, we are living it. During the great depression we had 41,000,000 people standing in bread lines waiting for food or they would starve, today during the great recovery we have 101,000,000 people receiving some type of food assistance (food stamps, school lunches, WIC, soup kitchens, other subsidized programs - nursing homes, hospitals, ec) while sitting home waiting on technology to deliver their foods, the percentages are - 33% vs 33%. We also recently saw over $15,000,000,000,000 in personal wealth just evaporate (mostly real estate values and equity funds -ie retirement accounts), - that doesnt count the billions / trillions lost from the interest rates bottoming out - that with a real underemployed / unemployed rate that hangs around 25% (the same as the great depression). And on top of all that we have a government that acknowledged the mess and the need to do something (artificially stop / slow it down), what is that something? Print over $7,000,000,000,000 in new money to stave off it from getting even worse (that hasnt even replaced the lost equity) with NO plan on how to stop it nor pay it back (listen to the feds words). Hyperinflation is being held off because of this; the recent changes in how our country calculates GDP and cost of living (which is being used artifically to hold down COLA for SS and other retirement payments), and the fact our food packages are getting smaller and smaller with slight price increases (go look at them, what is this 9.8 oz stuff about when we used to get 12 oz = price manipulation of about 33%). What is to come soon: electric rates that are 2x / 4x higher than today (all in the name of global weather change - from a 50+ year old grid that cant handle the current load and demand from a government that hopes we all move to solar at our own costs because the governement cant afford to address the real problems - they are broke), world wide realization that our food sources are killing us slowly with little way to fix it over corporate and government greed (GMO, hormones, pesticieds and herbicides), terrorists / extremists groups that want to kill everyone in the name of whatever they believe or dont beleive (and want world domination) - people that cant be easily indentified and are all around us, and pandemics of various types in various locations with little or no explainations (ebola is just one, there are countless others). If you want further proof look at the number of food allergies for no reason, the number of cases of childhood diabetes, and number of people that are overweight (grossly in many cases) with heart problems and other ailments (Obamacare / ACA is about bandaiding this health pandemic not fixing it, a mask might you say). This is NOT a right or left, or republican or democrat problem, it is a NATIONAL problem that is only going to be solved when our nation as an ENTIRITY steps up and does something collectively. Dont expect our elected officials to do it, because their only worry once they get elected is how to stay in office (Ie get re-elected) and blaming others for personal survival. Most of them are only motivated by the millions and billions of dollars being tossed at them from various organizations and the power they have to personally survive and thrive regardless of the pain and suffering the rest of use goes through (at their own hands)!
