Wang Yi set for trade talks in Brazil - Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi will participate in the first-ever Brazil-China global strategic dialogue in Brasilia on Friday. Trade between China and Brazil has boomed over the past decade, from $4 billion in 2002 to $83.3 billion in 2013. The visit to Brazil is part of the foreign ministers four-nation Latin America trip. Earlier, he met with Argentine President Cristina Fernandez de Kirchner in Buenos Aires. The two signed a set of trade agreements, including those covering aerospace infrastructure. During the meeting, Wang Yi said that China looks forward to promoting cooperation with Argentina in agriculture, energy, infrastructure and industrial manufacturing.
