Want a delicious snack or dinner accompaniment for your weekend? Heres what were cooking up tonight, so easy and delicious! Herb and Himalayan Salted Sweet Potato Fries! Ingredients: 1 or 2 large sweet potatoes 1 tbsp mixed herbs 2 tbsp Olive oil 2 tsp Himalayan salt Method: Scrub or peel the sweet potatoes and slice lengthwise into 2 to 3cm thick sheets. Stack and slice the sheets (lengthwise again) into 2 to 3cm chips. Put in a large bowl and sprinkle with herbs, oil and salt. Using your hands coat the chips evenly then place in an air frier for 20-30 mins depending on how crispy you like your chips! They can also be baked at around 180 degrees for the same time if you dont have an air frier. Yum!
