Want nice arms? Try out these 3 awesome upper body moves! And Happy Mothers Day to all of you Moms out there!! Moms have the strongest arms and the strongest hearts - so this mini sequence is for you! Move 1: the Push Slide: challengers youll recognize this from week 1! An awesome upper body move that works your lats, triceps and chest. Use good plank alignment and push back with your arms and shoulders, not your feet to get the most out of this! Move 2: this is your week 2 move, the Low Push Slide. Takes it to the next level! When it gets too tough, back off and do the push slide or hold plank. The difference here is that instead of keeping your arms straight, you drop your chest when you come forward into a push up position. Move 3: this is NOT your week 3 move but it is a variation I use when Im doing the low push slide and start dying! Like Push Ups are awesome for shoulder and arm strengthening and will give you a mini break from the low push up position - well, an ACTIVE mini break ✌️ How are you doing today? Was it a rest day or did you exercise? I like to move every day, though I dont exercise/work out every day. Its important to rest the muscles and the nervous system too to allow for full recovery. Activities like walking, dancing , stretching, all are great on non workout days.
