Want to be a long term success as a coach, and LOVE the business - TopicsExpress

Want to be a long term success as a coach, and LOVE the business long term? Create relationships. Build them on the basis of your interest and intent in learning about someone, and then seeing if the solution you represent might be of interest to them. Do not sell. Find out what their frustrations are about things. What their desires are. Ask how they have tried to achieve these goals in the past. What worked? What failed or ultimately once again lead them back to this frustration? Then see if what Team Beachbody offers has an answer to any of that. And no, there are no freebies. Giving away freebies is like doing your kids algebra the first night he comes home and is frustrated by it. Hell want that again and again. Sooner or later, he has to put in the work to learn. Same with this: If they want to get the outcome, they need to be willing to step up and pay for it. And guess what... its real... ITS WORTH IT. BUT - that doesnt mean you dont ASSURE them that they can get their money back. So if it doesnt work for them, and they do not think its worth it, they get their money back. Thats how I would approach this concept of Inviting. No trying to sell someone waiting in line at CVS. No posting Heres the special this month on Facebook. Thats advertising. We have plenty of that. What we are looking for is a giant string of caring relationships where people help each other achieve their goals to lead healthy fulfilling lives. How are you? Thats where it starts. And when you ask it, mean it. And then you build that relationship, and eventually, theres a person who will trust you enough to consider the solution that you represent. And then you are a coach.
