Want to feel lighter and energised in the mornings? Bet ALL IN smoothies, guys! Besides being quick and easy to do, they taste unbelievably yummy. My smoothies turn out so good that I always wonder if thats something really healthy or naughty?? I use a lot of sugar (from fruits), thats true. I dont care what people say about fruits making you fat, I still eat them like theres no tomorrow and I believe its a good sugar anyway. HIGH CARB and low fat, that is! Ill give you the ingredients, you set the quantity (or maybe Im just embarrassed of how much of each I used ihihi): almond milk, coconut milk, prunes, strawberries, banana, sunwarrior protein, chia seeds, peanut butter and i think thats all. Vitamix it and voila! :)
