Practice this movement and over the next 12 weeks begin to load it. Week 1-3 hold it with good tension for 30sec at the top Week 4-6 go for 10-15 reps and own the top position Week 7-9 go for 8-10 reps Week 10-12 go for 6-8 with 2-3sec pauses at the top for some extra stim!
