Want to get fit and help scanner appeal? Local Rosemary Conley franchisee, Dianne Darville, is holding a kardy-o-fun interval, 30 minute training session to help the Friarage Hospital’s MRI scanner appeal. Aimed at gradually improving fitness levels and burning as many calories as a normal aerobics class, high intensity interval training (HIIT) alternates between intense bursts of activity and fixed periods of less-intense activity. Class starts on Thursday 13 March for six weeks (£30 per person) and the second on 1 May for four weeks (£20 per person). The class is at Broomfield Primary School, Broomfield Avenue, Northallerton, from 6.30pm to 7pm.
