They are creating order from chaos by running the logistics for a hospital command station and working to clear debris to welcome more volunteers. As you can imagine its messy, dangerous work, and they are getting a lot done with very few resources. In the wake of the largest typhoon in recorded history, you might ask what you can do to help given the scale of this unprecedented mass devastation.
