Want to know how smart I am? I just signed up for a 40 day weight loss challenge during the holiday season! I dont give a crap about thanksgiving or Christmas dinners, I am done being this fat! The weight loss surgery needs a 3000 dollar deductible for me to get the gastric bypass. I dont see how I can pull this off cash wise. I have a doctors appointment tomorrow, so I am going to ask the Dr. for a Chantix prescription and try to quit smoking also. I have tried dieting and lifestyle changing before to little or no avail. I am optimistic that this challenge will work because its a regimen. I dont have to think or make choices, and I do follow direction fairly well when I dont have to over think everything.
