Want to know what Peace Lutheran Church is about? Heres a snippet from last years annual report by MaryLynn Davis, our Social Concerns leader... OUR MISSION: To serve in response to Gods love to meet human needs: caring for the sick, the hungry and the aged; advocating dignity and justice for all people; working for peace and reconciliation among the nations; standing with the poor and powerless; and continuing to commit ourselves to their needs. It is a blessing and honor to work with so many members of the congregation on this outreach to our neighbors near and far. In an ideal world there would be no need for any of our ministries, but in the real world there is a great need in which many people here at Peace work to make a difference. Well said, MaryLynn. Well, said! And, may God bless us with the will and wisdom to continue that mission!
