Want to lose fat? Be in a calorie deficit. THATS IT. No tricks, supplements, pills, cleanses, juices, body wraps, powders or anything else needed. Simply eat less calories than you burn. And if you have hit a plateau or are not losing then you most likely are eating more calories than you think. The leaner one gets the slower the fat loss is. And if you want to maintain muscle mass while losing fat then incorporate weight training and keep your protein intake higher and constant.
