Want to share a good experience we had at Pickle Barrel today. We made a reservation for my daughters 19th birthday for 17 of us yesterday by phone but when we got there today they had no record of any reservation. They quickly made a wrong into a right by organizing an area with enough space for us all. Moments later 2 huge platters of nachos and cheese and all the fixings arrived at our table free of charge for any inconvenience they may have caused. We appreciated this offer so much especially as this was our first visit to the restaurant and I wasnt sure after not having the tables ready how it was going to go. It ended up a wonderful lunch and just a small gesture like that can turn your experience into a positive one.
