Want to try something fun thats going to strengthen your core and your arms? Sure you do! So, what are you waiting for? Roll out your mat and lets give it a try! 1⃣Starting in a standing position, bend your knees, tuck your tail under, pull your arms back behind you, squeeze your glutes, squeeze your shoulder blades behind together, and engage your lats. 2⃣When you feel your core engage (take a couple breaths first), stand up and roll down one vertebrae at a time to a forward fold. 3⃣walk all the way out to a plank position, with your hands directly underneath your shoulders. Its okay to bring your knees to the mat if you need to modify. Keeping your elbows squeezed in tightly to your ribs do a tricep push up. 4⃣Walk all the way back to a forward fold. 5⃣Roll back up one vertebrae at a time, and inhale all the way up. 6⃣Repeat again, but next time time do one more tricep push up. 7⃣Keep doing another repetition, until you get to five. 8⃣ If you feel strong, continue but do four the next time. Keep working your way down from four, to three, to two, and then finally one. Enjoy!
