Wanted: Construction Supervisor Our architecture firm is looking for a project-based, full-time construction supervisor with experience in residential construction. Requirements: * Graduate of civil engineering or architecture * Lives in or near Mapayapa Village or Holy Spirit, Quezon City Responsibilities: * Full-time inspection of construction work * Keep field records for the owner (time records, materials and equipment, progress reports, change orders, payments, cost records, as-built information, shop drawings, filed logbook, contract documents, test results, minutes of meetings and correspondences) * Evaluate change orders * Assist in interpretation drawings, specifications, and other contract documents * Verify billings and as-built drawings * Coordinate work of various contractors * Monitor adherence to approved schedule * Monitor procurement of materials, equipment and services * Assist in solving construction problems caused by unforeseen contingencies * Perform quality control of construction work * Inspect site safety measures * Assist in testing of systems * Inspect substantial completion and prepare checklist of uncompleted and/or defective work * Assist in application of certificate of occupancy Interested individuals may apply by sending their résumé to jobs [at] arkinetika [dot] com.
