Wanted to do an update on Buttercup. (If you dont know her history please read my previous post about her, a lot has already been determined) She is 5.5 weeks. Almost fully grown now. She has not developed any more feathers at all. She has been swapped to warm, moist pellets instead of formula but she still acts like this constantly. And I do mean CONSTANTLY. The only time she is not begging for food is at night when its dark and when everyone leaves the room and have been gone for about 5 min. She then settles until someone enters the room again. The testing kit for (PBFD) still hasnt come. It was supposed to only take 2-3 days. So she hasnt been tested for that. But I am losing hope for her. She shows no signs of getting better. She is strong! She is growing. But she is still not growing body feathers at all and even though she had been eating pellets for a week, she still doesnt seem to be getting all the nutrients, she thinks shes starving All. The. Time.
