Wanted to upgrade my Spotify app and am greeted with the following message: iTunes Terms & Conditions Have Changedfollowed by before you can proceed you must read & accept the new Terms & Conditions First, what the f**k has iTunes to do with my Spotify app and second, am I really to give up precious hours to wade through 55 pages of legal jargon which I wont have a clue what exactly the wording means in a court of law unless we hire a lawyer. So we just agree and hope for the best. Did anybody notice the sentence where they have us agree to give them the right to instruct our banks to freeze our accounts if we should default on a payment or the one where they can install surveillance equipment on our premises to prevent a crime, like illegally downloading a pin-up apple lookalike. ;-) but serious, how many of you actually have read any of the Terms & Conditions and know exactly what you are agreeing to?
