Watch the video for details...but this really helps warm you up, stretch out the upper body and lower body! 30 seconds of regular speed Jacks with first arm variation 30 seconds of double jumps/squeezes with first arm variation 30 seconds regular speed jacks second arm variation 30 seconds of double jumps/squeezes with second arm variation Same directions as above with third arm variation One minute Monkey squats! Then REPEAT! Yeah yeah yeah!!! Get it done!
