Warm up with this delicious soup courtesy of James Schrock! James has been such an inspiration with a massive 78 lbs lost and changing not only his life but all those around him! Keep it up James! Vegetable Soup Ingredients: • 28 oz of diced Tomatoes • 15 oz Chickpeas soaked • 14.5 oz Chicken Broth (low sodium) • 12 oz of Corn (fresh or frozen) • 12 oz of Peas (fresh or frozen) • 9 oz frozen Spinach • 1 chopped Onion • ½ small head of chopped Cabbage • ½ bottle of Tomato Vegetable Juice Directions: • Combine all ingredients except Tomato Vegetable Juice together in a large pot and bring to a boil. • Then add the Tomato Vegetable Juice
