Warm weather making it hard to get you in the Christmas spirit? - TopicsExpress

Warm weather making it hard to get you in the Christmas spirit? Fear not. A front on our doorstep is about to knock temps down to where they should be for this time of year, and may bring just a little bit of rain to the region tomorrow. Dont be surprised if you see reports of snow coming out if the Big Country, North Texas, and northeast sections of the state during the day tomorrow. Look for mostly cloudy skies on Tuesday, as an upper level low (which can be seen on animated water vapor imagery here: is.gd/GrrhMO ) will pass behind the front and generate enough instability to produce a few light rain showers around the region. Lows in the upper 40s. Highs only in the low to mid 50s. North winds at 10-20 mph with higher gusts. Despite the few rain showers, those winds should push the Mountain Cedar pollen count into the high range for the next day or so. Skies will clear tomorrow. allowing for much colder low temps for Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. Lots of Sun both days. Lows on the 24th in the upper 30s and highs near 60°. Christmas day will start near freezing (and colder in the Hill Country) but a SSW breeze at 10-15 mph that afternoon will push high temps into the mid and upper 60s. #TXwx #SATwx #AUSwx
