Warne Maxima Series Steel Scope Mounts (Bases/Rings) Review hunting.about/od/shootingrev/fr/warne-maxima-steel-scope-mounts-bases-and-rings-review.htm Maybe youve seen some of my articles on a Mauser rifle build, in which I turned an old, rusty, worn-out piece of junk into a good hunting rifle. Well,these are the scope mounts I used on that popper. I had to grind a bit off of the rear base so the bolt handle would clear, but that was easy to do. These bases and rings are steel, so they arent lightweight - but theyre about as tough as nails and solid as a rock. Even better: Theyre made in USA. Check em out.
