***Warning- Music will play! ;) One of the many reasons I love PiYo! You work multiple muscle groups at a time! Its intense, but easy on the joints. Its so fun and so effective!! I love what it does for my body. One of my favorites-- Bowler lunge with oblique crunch! Works the legs/booty and the obliques at the same time! Get low and really crunch when you come up! Youll feel both burning! Have you been to a PiYo class? Find one near you! I also hold online groups where you can do it from home for those that want a regular schedule, need consistency, or are short on time!
