Warning....Gods callings are without revocation. In other words, if God called you a particular church you better stay there unless He chooses to move you. Too often ministers let their ambition and desires for popularity, money etc. move them rather than God. I believe too many ministers move too often and that has taught our taught people that they do not have to keep commitments either. And as a result Christians have such a high divorce rate. Jeremiah preached 30 years and no one listened to him. Was he in the right place? Absolutely he was right where God wanted him.
