Warning: I GLADLY brag about my hubby-to-be Andrew . Im so excited about this new chapter thats about to begin. The man Im going to marry is an absolute legend in my books. Ive got so many reasons to feel honored to be marrying this man. Many only know him as a guy that preaches and prays for people, but in reality dont know him like I know him for who he really is on the inside. Let me share a bit with you about my incredible hubby-to-be. He didnt grow up in a loving and caring home. In fact, he grew up in a home that was completely the opposite. From an early age he suffered abuse and later on in his teenage years suffered the loss of his father. I am utterly amazed that he is not the person he should have been according to statistics for individuals that have suffered abuse. Yet, hes the sweetest guy Ive ever met. He has a genuine heart for others and caters to people through various love languages whether it be Starbucks coffee, a positive text, a phone call, a message, a card, an encouraging word, etc., hes always doing something to remind people that they are loved. I see God in his expressions of love towards others. His ability to love is so extravagant and out of this world. He pursues people in love even if they reject him, make fun of him, talk about him, betray him, dislike him, or dont reciprocate. He pursues people in love and is accepting of them regardless of what their morals, beliefs, and lifestyles look like. I see God in the love He has placed in him for others. Hes very old-fashioned and keeps chivalry very alive. Its who he naturally is. Who still does that other than the elderly, if that?! I see Gods gentleman like character in him and I love that. Hes extremely caring of others and immediately embraces people as his family. His kindness is often mistaken for weakness yet its his very own form of ammunition towards the unkind. I see Gods kindness through him. He carries a weight of goodness that I look forward to discovering and being impacted by as we walk into an incredible life changing chapter. His life and testimony continuously reflect the goodness and grace of God. Im beyond blessed to marry this incredible legend. I love you, Champ! (I could go on, but I wont)
