Warning I am a recreational fisherman I fish because it’s my right, my passion, my love, and my life I am just one of Millions of Australians who like to wet a line We together are the custodians of are rivers our estuaries our bays our seas and our oceans We would never jeopardise our love and our passion We are sick and tired of the ridicule and persecution of a misinformed minority If you really want to galvanize 35 to 50% of the population into one active block then please continue to do so but beware There is a rising tide of angry fishos and if you really want to wade waist deep through our wrath then continue to preach your misinformed prejudiced and slanted views We are large in numbers, passionate, educated and well organised. If you are really prepared to take us on then come at us with fact not science fiction Again I say WE fish because it’s our right, our passion, our love, and our life If you want to stop us Come at us
