Warning-rant coming on...lol. So I am beginning to feel like donating money to charity is a mistake. I originally sent to VFW and DAV. Ive sent to the humane society but that was some time ago. Then I got address labels from Cystic Fibrosis fund. So, since I have no job, it took a few months to send them a little bit of something. NOW I get stuff from charities EVERY SINGLE DAY!!! One sent me a check for $2.50 and said they were taking a chance on sending me that legitimate check, that I could go to the bank, cash it, and ignore all those in need, but they HOPED I would send BACK the check along with 20 bucks. Well, I dont HAVE 20 bucks, so I just sent back the check, and in doing so, I had to buy a stamp to put on the envelope!!! Its not like I dont WANT to help, but DAMN...I cant afford all the help all those people WANT!!! And I hate that every letter they send me makes me feel like slime if I DONT send them money. That is the worst part of it. :(
