Warning..... this video may be upsetting to some. And this topic is controversial for some but I feel needs to be addressed. Everyone has a right to their feelings but I think we all need to know the facts before we form that opinion. First I posted a video of Emma looking like a normal, happy little bunny girl that she is. All you see is her face and you have no idea there is anything going on with her body. Now I am posting a video of Miss Emma showing her full body. It has come to my attention that there are some people who feel Emma should be euthanized. I want them to see how happy she is in the first video. You wouldnt even know she was deformed. Now - note the same happy little girl in this video - it is our humanness that cannot accept her deformities. She accepts them completely and is very happy. She was born this way and knows nothing else, Emma is not in severe pain, she is on pain medication just in case to control any mild pain she might be feeling. She is active and loves to eat. She gets around the crate just fine though not with what we consider walking. She runs to the front of the crate to meet me when I walk by. She requires 2 baths a day to keep her skin healthy. The stuff you see on her skin is a barrier cream to keep her skin from being scalded with urine, The oily fur is also from olive oil that keeps her skin lubricated and helps prevent skin damage, Do you still feel she should have her life taken from her? There is no changing our mind once a creature is euthanized, It is not a decision to be taken lightly.
