Warning...when driving through Delaware 2 weeks ago to store my signs I went through their toll booths on Rt 1. AT 896 I threw my 50 cents into the basket...in Dover I went through the cash lane and paid my cash...Yesterday in the mail I get citations for each of my trips...3 total...$25 each plus the toll...that I paid...I called Del to correct the situation and she said that I probably have an Easy Pass transponder for the Hatem Bridge and that their system picked that up as a non pay. Why is that my problem? They wanted to charge me a $25 administration fee....I said it is their mistake and not mine and I was going to charge them a $50 administration fee for my time and trouble...so they actually owed me $75. Delaware solution? Never mind. Good solution. Please be aware of if you any Easy Pass you need to put it in the foil bag it came in when driving through Delaware...or stay out of Delaware which seems like the better idea...;) Sorry John Gretchen
