Warqi Paratha 1 cup flour (for 2 paratha) 4 tb sp pure ghee water as required Make a medium soft dough with the water . Cover it with a wet cloth and let the dough rest for 30 minutes . Make balls from the dough and roll the balls into small rotis or disks . Rub each rotis with the ghee. roll it with hands like swiss roll (see pic) again rub ghee on and roll it again and make a ball. Roll out the paratha with roller pin (belan) cook with out ghee on preheat tawa or pan when half cook apply ghee and cook until golden brown. serve hot Enjoy Warqi paratha.
