Warranty Supervisor – Automotive Service Center Job Opportunity (Baghdad /Iraq) (Iraqi Nationality) JOB PURPOSE: The main purpose of the warranty Supervisor is to handle the warranty cases of the customers and handling all the claims procedures and settlement with HMC and keep a highly efficient record of all transactions. MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES: 1. Plays an active role in the design / negotiations of warranty programs 2. Provides input to the structuring of warranty programs terms and warranty contracts 3. Ensures optimal warranty cost management practices are being followed, and provides recommendations on how to improve these practices 4. Validates and processes warranty claims locally or through the OEMs for refund as applicable 5. Collects and analyzes warranty cost data, and based on analysis, provides recommendations on continuous improvements of warranty claims handling procedures 6. Responsible for the timely, efficient, and complete execution of recall campaigns 7. Responsible for the timely reporting of warranty cost performance to the PC After-Sales Development Department Manager 8. Develops and institutionalizes GB Auto’s data, know-how, and capabilities in warranty management 9. Identifies and tracks key KPIs for warranty management, and devises plans and initiatives for improvement 10. Provides support for the professional development (including training) of direct reports Communications and Working Relationships: Needs high communication skill with: - His under supervision and lead team with all supporting departments & dealing with all level of customers Experience: - Bachelor’s degree from university, Experience &/or training; or equivalent combination of education & experience. - Extremely well organized, completes successfully all tasks in a calm & efficient manner even under most stressful conditions. Keen in perception & can work independently & smoothly on own initiative. Efficient highly motivated & always displays loyalty & a keen application to work. - 2 Years experience in the same field.
