Warrior Rows on the Bosu. My form needs major work. I was just videoing myself to see where I need improvement and thought Id go ahead and share. Probably not wearing slippers would help. Heh.... This is back and core and (OMG) LEGS! My supporting leg was screaming!! I could feel it everywhere! Butt, quad, calf..... The burn in my legs made me forget about all the other muscles that were working. Dont try doing this with heavy weight. I was only using 10 pounds. Without the bosu and on two legs, I can do much heavier. But that whole balance thing works you so hard you have to go light.
