Was any of the 23 murders for the year committed by a foul mouthed ganja smoker wearing camouflage ? The reason i am asking is that we seem to be having countless arrests of ganja smoking, camouflage wearing, foul mouthed citizens and hardly any arrests of MURDERERS based on the police press releases we see weekly. we see arrests for indecent language, possession of ganja and wearing camouflage . when was the last time any of you have seen an arrest for MURDER ? sknvibes/news/newsdetails.cfm/90191
