Was at the GP this morning , as in a lot if pain from my fibro , every joint is aching and my hands and fingers are all swollen and sore. My ankles are like balloons and are aching. Seems I am in a full blown flare up. What did I do to cause this? Nothing more than have a weekend away , a very relaxing crafting weekend away, but I did not rest, I was awake all day and crafting, using my hands and my brain. Who would have thought that learning about something you love could tire you out to the point of exhaustion. Alas that us the price I pay, so it is a warm bath , then bed for me. I slept from 11.30-3.30pm and I will be in bed and sleeping by 6pm. Lets hope tomorrow will be a sleep LESS! Day .
