Was closing gates today after putting up all the dogs and heard coyote howling in our woods. I took a hike - ten inches of snow and the wind blowing at me so the yotes didnt hear me walk up on them. Three gorgeous coyote. One red with a tan mask, one agouti and one, a gorgeous dark sable that moved like it was floating across the snow. Such a gorgeous site - but omg, too close to my home and dog yards. Tomorrow, taking new camera out on extended hike - will sit in blind and hope to capture some predators.
