Was driving in from the farm this morning as the sun rose listening to Joy FM out of LaGrange and thinking about everything God has blessed me with. Each one of my childrens sweet faces popped into my head, and I laughed to myself about all their funny little isms and I felt grateful for their successes and I wondered if I had done a good job as their mom. I thought of my brothers and their families and how much I miss them and my parents.I thought about Beverley and what she meant to us and how my girls have inherited so many of her qualities. I was grateful for my little car and the farm and a lovely home and being able to cook for everyone for Thanksgiving...cant wait. I thought of all my dear friends and how they have stood by me through thick and thin. i thought of my church family and the blessing of this ministry and how it has enriched my life with abundant joy. Then, of course, I thought of my Eddie..sitting in the woods freezing, but doing what he loves the most. I thought of all he has brought to my life, what it means to be married and how it makes you more than just two people...it makes you family. So I didnt do the grateful everyday thing in November, but i AM grateful EVERYday for this and so much more. I know I dont deserve it, but I sure am thankful! Happy Thanksgiving Yall!
