Was given information my Dear Friend Lew Wight has passed on. I loved him as a Brother, and will miss not being able to have time Gold Panning and swapping stories with him any longer in person. Lew was the owner of The Glory Hunter Gold Mine in Mystic, SD. Lew you had a Great impact on my life and will cherish all the moments we had together. Lew was one of the founders of the Colt Society, a well established diver who worked in finding the Margaritte and Atocha for treasure hunter Mel Fischer. And one of the only people to explore the Little Big Horn site of Custers Last Stand with permission of the Crow Indians. He participated in the Cannonball Run race from Manhattan to Redondo Beach and won 2nd place. His achievements were insurmountable and his passion for life unrestrained. I will miss you my Brother, youre in Gods hands now.
