Was good to get back to my colleagues in the office today after a busy week of annual leave. Hope nobody was adversely affected by the IT breakdown at the beginning of last week. Glad its one i missed but sounds like Jo was a trooper! Got lots done but not as much as I hoped to do - whats new? Delighted to see only a few cases waiting for allocation to mediators. Big THANKS to Leona who has stepped in at a moments notice to enable a party visit to go ahead tomorrow evening. Best wishes to Caroline and Andrea who have visits lined up for Monday next week and fingers crossed that we are able to arrange the same for Roger and Margaret later this week. Special good wishes to Roger who takes the lead role for the first time with YMS. Did I say its good to be back? :D
