Was just thinking how sorry I feel for people. I was asked how can you not sell your bird toys for profit? You clearly could use the money. You pay rent on a townhouse. Your car is a 2005. Yall never can go on vacation. You are always using coupons at the grocery store. Why dont you just sell them for profit so you can just pay out of pocket for blood transfusions or treatments. How can you even be happy? It seems so sad to me. Its kind of rediculous I feel so sorry for them. How terriable would it be to walk around thinking that way? So I thought about it and said well, I have a husband that made it home from Iraq. 2 sons that are outstanding young men. We have a roof over our heads thats way beyond what I came from. All of our bills are paid on time each and every month and we dont use credit cards and have no debt. Our pantry is stocked. Overstocked actually because I use coupons and all the neighborhood kids know they can come here for a snack or meal anytime. I have gotton almost a year longer time than I was supposed to have and Im still going. Having the money for a blood transfusion wont do me any good anyways. I cant travel and dont like vacations anyways. And last but not least Im trying to find a solution with my bird toys. Not create one. Bird toys are very expensive and not everyone can afford them so their birds go without. No bird should go without. Everyone should be able to afford them. Bird rescues operate on a donation basis. They are saving lives. Doing good things and they need help. So in my way of thinking one can be sorry for me all they want but it is not me you should pitty. Its the people in this world that are constantly complaining about their lives. No matter what they have its never enough. Without their pretty little things and money they couldnt be happy. The ones who fail to see that if they are on this side of the dirt with the sun on their face and their children playing, their husbands home from war. Maybe not perfect but trying. Maybe not trying as hard as they would like but nonetheless trying. We arent put here to be perfect or to be better than anyone. We were put here to do our best and if you let yourself doing your best will make you happy. It would be best that ppl dont forget that. Im greatful that Im not one of those people who actually NEED to be prayed for.
