Was just told by my customer service rep. that NY Rising has extended the Homeowner SBA Hardship Request form submission deadline to March 31st (it was previously today). Back in early 2013, I withdrew my SBA application and never accepted or closed the loan but Im now being told 1.5 years into the NY Rising process and having spent $17,000 of design fees advanced which I will to repay, that the non-existent loan amount will be counted as a duplication of benefit and wipe-out any award benefits. Simply Outrageous!!!!!!!!!!
