Was kind of wondering what I was going to do for Thanksgiving. Got a text from my daughter she is going out of town for a week leaving her 79 year old ailing father alone. She asked me to come stay with him. Remember I tried to talk them into hospice? No deal. My daughter and I are estranged. He & I are oil & water. (it is what it is) Well, how could I turn my back on either of them? Should be interesting. At least she has Hula & Netflix and wifi, as well as some Nora Roberts books I have yet to read. Who knows maybe someone will appreciate me. I do have to take an extra day off from work. But in the scheme of things that is insignificant....
