Father, today, I raise an Altar where your glory dwells in my life. 3. Father, give me the grace to guide my Altar, the place of my fellowship with you. 4. Father, frustrate every work of the enemy to invade my Altar. 5. Father, keep my Altar from being altered. Keep me O Lord. Divine Altar Altar of Fellowship The Altar of God can be likened to the strong room of a bank. Although there is cash in the banking hall, the real source and largest quantity of cash is kept in the strong room. When thieves rob a bank, they are not so keen on the cash in the counters, their primary concern is access to the strong room. The devil is a thief (Jn10:10) but he is not after your wife, your children, your car, your job and all your material possessions; he is after the strong room of your life, your ALTAR. If he can possess your altar, he can possess everything. For example, the devil took everything from Job but he couldn’t not access Jobs strong room(Job1:22). Your strong room is your fellowship with God. Your place of POWER. Job kept his faith closely guarded. Everything is on your Altar, that is why when the dust of affliction settled, out of Jobs altar came back his wife, children and possessions(Job42:12-13).
