Was on the phone with Comcast. Got a non-english speaking rep. She asked me my name. I said Rashida KhanBey and began to spell it out. We get to my last name and she says Bey? The B is capital right? No space? No one has ever predicted that before and I usually have to correct people several times just to get them to put a cap on the B. Ive even had a rep go as far as saying it didnt matter. This was by far my best customer service experience hands down.
