Was out for dinner tonight at Mr. Mikes and saw a customer of mine that has used my services here at TLC For Pets. She has for many years and recommends us like crazy. She was eating dinner with a friend. So I decided to ask our awesome waitress Karli if she can do me a favor and please get the lady and her friend desert and put it on our tab! Karli gave me a piece of paper to write a note to her while she gets our bill. Well when she returned she one upped me and said her manager said that he was going to buy our friends their desert so we can pay our bill and go without waiting for my customers to eat their dinner before asking about what desert they wanted. That is crazy!! We then asked to see the Manager and thanked him and that our waitress was the best and that was a very nice thing to do! He also gave us gift cards!! Now all I wanted to do was buy my customer and her friend desert and ended up getting that for free, some gift cards and awesome service!! Thank you Mr. Mikes!! And Nigel you are doing a great job managing! ! Thanks Karli for the great service we got!!
